The Sales Account Manager is responsible for handling all incoming sales prospects, generating leads, and business development for Gessic. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with the Business Analyst to understand business requirements and clientele. The Sales Account Manager will also maintain an ongoing relationship with clients as they go through the project lifecycle ensuring customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Previous sales experience; preferred technical sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to report to inquiries and projects in a timely manner
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify sales leads
- Consistently reach out cold call potential clients
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Continuously go through training sessions as needed
